All DDD meetings are open to the public. Anyone in attendance is free to approach the podium and comment on any agenda item during the meeting. All meetings are public record and are filmed and/or audio recorded. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance of Board of Directors or Committee meetings in the following locations: DDD office (2 W Thomas St), meeting location (identified on agenda), and on this webpage. Board of Directors Meeting Information
The DDD Board of Directors meetings are normally held the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 4:30pm in the City Council Chambers (312 E. Charles St, Hammond, La 70401). Most meetings are also live streamed via YouTube - CLICK HERE.
The DDD Advertising/Marketing Committee meetings are generally the first Wednesday of each month at 5:00pm at The Creative Studio (210 E. Thomas St., Hammond, LA 70401) or UMS (211 E. Thomas St., Hammond, LA 70401).
The DDD Design Committee meetings are normally held the 1st Thursday of each month at 9:00am in the City Council Chambers (312 E. Charles St, Hammond, La 70401).
The DDD Events Committee usually meets the first Monday of each month at 4:00pm at the Hammond Regional Arts Center (217 E. Thomas St., Hammond, LA 70401).
The DDD Farmers Market Committee normally meets the first Thursday of each month at 5:00pm in the City Council Chambers (312 E. Charles St., Hammond, LA 70401).
The DDD Residential Committee normally meets the first Tuesday of every other month at 3:30pm at Boutique de Fumee (206 E. Thomas St., Hammond, LA 70401).
