Blake Kinchen, owner and executive chef, has been surrounded by the service industry throughout the last two decades of his life. His grilling journey started during his collegiate years at his uncle's fast pace restaurant that specializes in steak. Blake worked and managed restaurant kitchens throughout the parish, as well as working alongside Chef John Folse in the food service division of his manufacturing plant. In 2011 he opened "The SteaKhouse" in a small location in downtown Hammond. The SteaKhouse offers amenities to customers such as a separate bar, private dining room and lovely cocktail patio.
