2019 Master Plan Update
The DDD spend 2019 working on the third update for its Master Plan. The last update was done in 2002.
Asakura Robinson, a firm from New Orleans, was selected to complete the Master Plan. They formed a public participation plan and held stakeholder focus groups, surveys, a community workshop and much more. The Public Participation along with extensive research resulted on the new 2019 Master Plan Update that will keep Hammond Happening for years to come.
