All DDD meetings are open to the public. Anyone in attendance is free to approach the podium and comment on any agenda item during the meeting. All meetings are public record and are filmed and/or audio recorded. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance of Board of Directors or Committee meetings in the following locations: DDD office (2 W Thomas St), meeting location (identified on agenda), and on this webpage. Board of Directors Meeting Information
The DDD Board of Directors meetings are normally held the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 4:30pm in the City Council Chambers (312 E. Charles St, Hammond, La 70401). Most meetings are also live streamed via YouTube - CLICK HERE.
The DDD Design Committee meetings are normally held the 1st Thursday of each month at 9:00am in the City Council Chambers (312 E. Charles St, Hammond, La 70401).
